Bauertology on a Wednesday! That can only mean one thing: it’s February. The time for mid-week Bauertology has come. February is always an exciting month, as it’s often the start of Bubble Watch season—you’ll see that on this blog on Monday—as well as the time that not just bracketologists but every college basketball starts to feel the fervor of wondering which teams will get into the NCAA Tournament. In this pandemic year, it’s sure to be one of the most different tournaments we’ve ever seen. But one thing stays consistent: Bauertology will always be here.
The last bracket, posted Saturday morning, didn’t take into account the results of a crazy Saturday slate or anything that has happened since then (including a rather important result on Tuesday evening regarding the top overall slot) so there have been a lot of major changes to the postseason projection. Today, we’ll take a look at all the shakeups in this Wednesday morning edition of Bauertology.
